The model is designed to measure concentration in many kinds of sugar-related liquids, such as fruit juice, canned foods, condensed milk, liquefied sugar and jam. It comes with three scales and has the largest measurement range than other Brix refractometer models. It's FULLY EQUIPPED with ATC that automatically adjust itself to correct temperature discrepancies during use. Capable of measuring with high accuracy and provides precise results.
